Unless stated on the product page we do not accept returns or cancellations however we strive to help you with a refund or store credits in case an honest mistake has been made on our part. We aim to get back to you within 48 hours except on weekends and public holidays.

 

All orders are usually shipped within 2 days and should arrive within 3-8 days. Orders shipped to North America might take a bit longer and should arrive within 7-12 days. Any pre-orders for out of stock items will be shipped within 2 weeks.
