Shipping policy

 Due to some disruption in services because of COVID-19 we are currently expecting longer than usual shipping times and slightly higher shipping rates. We are working very hard to make sure your orders reach to you on time. 

As much as we would love to offer free shipping on all orders like the big retailers due to the costs involved and also in line with our mission of conscious living, we currently offer free shipping on all orders above US$ 50.

All orders are usually shipped within 2 days and should arrive within 3-8 days. All orders shipped to Singapore should arrive within 3-4 days. Orders shipped to North or South America might take a bit longer and should arrive within 7-12 days. Any pre-orders for out of stock items will be shipped within 2 weeks. 

We use recyclable packaging and boxes to ship our products. We strive hard to eliminate the use of plastics in our packaging as much as possible however to prevent leakage and damage and offer a hygienic experience we use recyclable plastic packaging on some of our products. We aim to move towards compostable packaging and eliminate the need for recycling.

We are currently not accepting orders from India due to the COVID-19 situation.
